Soultit taunts her prey

when I'm sick I tend to have really stupid ideas.  ... I've found it's best to get them out of the way as fast as possible.  >>;

any rate, here's a D-class hero in Happenstance.  She uses her singing voice to control and manipulate aether constructs to do the fighting for her.  She wanted a songbird name, so naturally she played off the adorable coal tit 4.bp.blogspot.com/-3Qo-y8ml5FU… for her name Soultit.  8\

... most heroes find it panifully awkward to work with her (like, pantless Robin levels of awkard) ... villains as well, actually.  As such, the only hero group that let her in was the South Florida Division.
